As an institution of innovative development and excellence, RMMC partnered with Mikrotik in the delivery of instructions by hosting the MikroTik Academy Trainer’s Bootcamp last December 7 – 12, 2018. After having completed the six(6) day training, the RMMC participants were issued MikroTik Trainer’s Certificate to wit, MTCNA (MikroTik Certified Network Associate), MTCRE (MikroTik Certified Routing Engineer) and MTCUME (MikroTik Certified User Management Engineer). This placed the institution to the recognized academies in the world educational society. In line with the certificates received, the institution is also entitled to receive free of charge network equipment, these are 20 units of RB941 networking laboratory devices. The institution is given the opportunity to administer free training and coordinate the implementation of MikroTik Academy class in the curriculum, thus, integrate in Computer Science, Information Technology curricula where students can have the chance to earn their Mikrotik certification.

Their routers have a plethora of features that makes virtually any routing task possible. Their easy to use and powerful hotspot features are powering a vast number of public hotspots across the world, not to mention the great API that can be used to interact with their equipment. MikroTik Academy classes are for educational institutions' students who are interested in learning routing and management of wired and wireless networks using MikroTik RouterOS.
Being a MikroTik Academy Certified, gives the institution the privilege to become a center and expand MikroTik Academy classes in the local area of General Santos and provide practical actual knowledge.
