1.ACADEMIC SCHOLARSHIPS
   1.1Atty. Eugenio Millado Scholarship: 
   Criteria
     1.Atty. Eugenio Millado Scholarship is only applicable to BSA, BSCE and BSCA programs.
     2.The Atty. Eugenio Millado scholarship is extended only to incoming freshmen who passed the scholarship examination    and have met the required cut-off score for the said scholarship.
     3.Must maintain an average grade of 90 or higher with no grade below 85 in all academic subjects and 80 or above for NSTP and PE subjects.
 
       Privileges
       1.Free tuition and miscellaneous fees
       2.P1,500. 00 monthly allowance
 
   1.2Florante G. Millado Scholarship:
   Criteria
     1.The scholar must maintain every semester an average grade of 89% or higher with no grade lower than 85%.
     2.The scholar must not incur a grade of UW (Un-authorized Withdrawal), DRP (Dropped), NG (No Grade) and F (Failure) including NSTP and PE.
      Privilege
      a.Free tuition and miscellaneous fees
 
   1.3 Valedictorians, Salutatorians and 1st Honorable Mention
     Valedictorian -100% discount on Tuition Fee for 1 semester
     Salutatorian -  50% discount on Tuition Fee for 1 semester
     1st Honorable Mention-  30% discount on Tuition Fee for 1 semester
 
   1.4Academic Excellence Scholarship
 
   Undergraduate students who have excelled in academics and obtained the following grades are recognized in the Dean’s List and thereby awarded with Certificate of Honors and Tuition Fee discount with the following grade requirement:

    Tuition fee discounts will be given to students who:
     a.have taken a minimum load of 18 units excluding NSTP and PE.
     b.enrolled PE & NSTP as prescribed by the curriculum and obtained at least a grade of 80.
 
  1.4.1 Application Procedures:
     All applicants for tuition fee discounts must fill out the form from the Guidance Office during the first week of classes and    transact personally with the following:
     Step 1.Registrar’s Office for the grades
     Step 2.Guidance Office for updates on scholarship status
     Step 3.Selection Committee for recommendation
     Step 4. Office of the College President for approval
 
Terms and Conditions.The following are the terms and conditions in the availment of the scholarship grants:
     1.A scholarship grant from RMMC cannot be availed simultaneously with any other grants.
     2.Enrollment should not be deferred.
     3.The scholar should strictly follow the curricular offering.
     4.No scholar should shift from one course to another.
 
   2.Non- Academic Scholarship 
 
     2.1Athletic & Cultural Scholars 
 
     2.1.1 Athletes 
     Discounts:
     1st year of membership-   25% discount on tuition
     2nd year of membership-   50% discount on tuition
     3rd year of membership -   75% discount on tuition
     4th year of membership- 100% discount on tuition
 
     Guidelines:
     a.Must be at least 16 to 24 years old.
     b.Must uphold the Vision, Mission and Goals of RMMC.
     c.Must be of good moral character.
     d.Must be physically and mentally fit for strenuous training.
     e.Must have shown exemplary performance in the sports he is applying for scholarship
     f.Must maintain an average grade of 80 with no failing grades in all subjects
     g.Must enroll a minimum of 18 units per semester excluding PE and NSTP.
     h.Must submit consent from parents or guardian.
     i.Full scholarship may be provided depending on the performance of the athlete.
 
   2.1.2Himig Chorale
      Discounts:
     1st year of membership- 25% discount on tuition fee 
     2nd  year of membership- 50% discount on tuition fee
     3rd year of membership- 75% discount on tuition fee
     4th year of membership- 100% discount on tuition fee
     Guidelines:
     a.All activities and engagements of the group outside the school must have prior approval from the proper school authorities.
     b.Whatever income generated out of the external activities should be documented and properly liquidated for submission  to the Office of Student Personnel Services.
     c.Must be a bona fide student of RMMC
     d.Must uphold the Vision, Mission, and Goals of the school
     e.Must abide with the rules and regulations of the school
     f.Must abide with the guidelines set by the conductor
     g.Must maintain a general average grade of 80 and no failing grade in any subject
     h.Must be of good moral character
     i.Any violation to the above mentioned guidelines would forfeit any privilege of the member.
 
   2.1.3TeatroAmbahanon
     Discounts:
     1st year of membership- 25% discount on tuition fee
     2nd  year of membership- 50% discount on tuition fee
     3rd year of membership- 75% discount on tuition fee
     4th year of membership- 100% discount on tuition fee
      Guidelines:
      a.All activities and engagements of the group outside the school must have prior approval from the proper school authorities

   2.2Student Assistants
     Qualifications:
     a.Physically and mentally fit
     b.Hard working, responsible and committed
     c.Consolidated annual family income of Php 60,000.00
     d.Of Good Moral Character
     e.Must pass the entrance exam and interview conducted by the Interview Committee. 
     f.Must enroll a maximum load of 18 units per semester excluding PE and NSTP.
     g.Must maintain a general average of 80.
 
     Privileges:
     Free tuition, miscellaneous and laboratory fees with allowance of:
     Php 200.00/month on his/her first year of service
     Php  300.00/month on his/her second year of service
     Php  500.00/month on his/her third and fourth year of service
 
 
     2.3Discounts
 
     2.3.1 Family
     Siblings will enjoy discount on tuition fee as follows:
     Number of siblings % of discount
     a. 2 5% each
     b. 3 10% each
    c. 4 and above 15% each
 
   2.3.2. Active Members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP)  
 
     Privilege:50% discount on tuition fees
 
     Guideline: Must be endorsed by the Armed Forces of the Philippines 
 
     2.3.3.  Dependents of Permanently Disabled and Orphans of AFP members who died in battle
 
     Privilege: 50% discount on tuition fee only.
     Guidelines:
     a. Must be endorsed by the AFP Education and Benefit System Office
      b. Must pass the scholarship guidelines of the school
 
   2.3.4.Student Leaders:
 
     2.3.4.1Supreme Student Council and Departmental Student Council Officers
     Privileges:
     President 100% discount on tuition fee
     Vice – President  70% discount on tuition fee
     Secretary  50% discount on tuition fee
     Treasurer  50% discount on tuition fee
     Auditor 40% discount on tuition fee
 
     Guidelines for SSC and DSC:
      a.Must uphold the Vision, Mission, and Goals of RMMC
      b.Must abide with the rules and regulations of the school.
      c.Supreme Student Council Officers must be elected at large by the students of the college.
      d.Departmental Student Council Officers must be elected at large by the students of their department.
 
 
   2.3.5Supreme Student Council Committee Members 
 
     Privilege: 20% discount on tuition fee
     Guidelines:
        a.Must abide with the Vision, Mission and Goals of RMMC;
b.Must abide with the rules and regulations of the school;
c.Must submit letter of intention to join the committee at the SPS Screening Committee;
d.Must pass the interview to be conducted by the scholarship Section Committee;
e.Must be committed, reliable, hard working and is willing to work extra mile when necessary;
f.Must have at least a general average of 80% in all subjects;
g.Must enroll 18 units per semester excluding PE and NSTP.
 
   2.3.6ROTC and Criminology Interns
2.3.6.1ROTC
Privilege:
Wing Commander -100% discount on tuition fee
Deputy Wing Commander -   50% discount on tuition fee
 
   2.3.6.2Criminology Interns
Privilege:
Commander - 100% discount on tuition fee
Deputy Commander -   50% discount on tuition fee
 
Guidelines for ROTC/Criminology Intern:
a. Must uphold the Vision, Mission, and Goals of RMMC;
b. Must abide with the rules and regulations of the school;
c. Must be chosen by a Screening Committee in accordance with their Constitution and By-laws.
 
   2.4.Person with Disability Scholarship
 
Guidelines:
1.Must have submitted a letter of intent to avail the scholarship at the SPS Director but still subject for approval by the scholarship selection committee;
2.Must have presented recommendation/ certification of good behavioral standing from the Barangay Chairman where he is from;
3.Must be a PWD card holder from DSWD.
4.Must be capable of learning/ coping with the requirements set by the program/ course;
5.Must have passed the College Entrance Exam.
6.Can manage to send himself/ herself from one place to another (from one classroom to another classroom) without assistance.
Privilege:
1.20% discount on tuition fee.
